 Adult Education and the Program and Activities Committee
Congregation Kol Emeth offers a series of Adult Education and Jewish Cultural events. We
have presented many varied Sunday morning speakers some of whom were Rabbi Herbert
Bronstein, Ron Miller and Moishe Pomerance. In addition, a successful Yiddish Film series
was well attended and will be continued this coming year.
Our Travel program has included a visit to the Illinois Holocaust Museum and tours to
Stratford, Canada, and to Branson, Missouri.
One of the highlights of our Social Action program is our support of the Belarus Jewish
community of Slutsk. We have sent them clothing, medicine and monetary support. They are
very grateful for our contributions.
